Lending Options

There are over 50 lenders, divided into A lenders, which are the well-known big banks; B lenders, also called alternative lenders; and C lenders, known as private lenders. All of them provide the real estate market with different solutions for different needs that clients have in their mortgage application.

My job is to find the best financing options for my customers depending on their credit score and financial situation. Years later, my clients may be able to upgrade to better financing conditions depending on their credit score and financial profiles, allowing them to continue their real estate projects.
